Job summary

CapitaLand Group is seeking a facilities maintenance professional to ensure the building’s physical condition and systems operate reliably. The role involves routine upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely response to residents’ requests to maintain a high standard of service.

The position focuses on hands-on maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and building services to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building physical condition; heating, lighting and ventilation in good working order.
• Carry out general maintenance: painting, patch walls, plumbing, A/C servicing, electricals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme.
• Inspect building machinery and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents’ requests to ensure quality service.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.

Job Description

• Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that its heating, lighting and ventilation are of good working condition


• Conduct general maintenance works such as, painting, patching of walls, plumbing facilities, air-conditioning servicing, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations


• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme


• Check and inspect the building’s machinery and equipment


• Respond and prioritise maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents’ requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings


• Perform related tasks as assigned
