Job summary

Job description

What the role is:

The Digital Media Intern will support the social media team in the day-to-day management and execution of digital content and campaigns. The role involves creating engaging social media content, supporting campaign planning and execution, managing social media platforms, and tracking performance to understand what resonates with audiences.

What you will be working on:

As a Digital Media Intern, you will support the social media team in developing and executing digital content and campaigns across MOM’s social media platforms. You will gain hands‑on experience in content creation, video production, campaign execution, social media management, and trend analysis.

A. Content Creation

  • Ideate and develop engaging content for MOM’s social media platforms.
  • Produce short‑form video content for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, including filming and editing.
  • Design social media materials, including infographics and carousel posts.
  • Capture photos and video footage at MOM events for use across social media channels.

B. Campaign & Social Media Support

  • Support the social media team in coordinating and executing digital campaigns.
  • Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms using social media management tools.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance and provide timely support to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support audience engagement and day‑to‑day management of MOM’s social media channels.

C. Research & Trend Analysis

  • Keep abreast of emerging social media trends, platform developments, best practices, and content formats.
  • Identify relevant trends and opportunities that MOM can adapt or leverage for its social media content.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to strengthen MOM’s social media presence and audience engagement.
What we are looking for:

Strong video production skills, including filming and editing; strong design capabilities using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva; and a good command of written and spoken English.

Internship Intake 1: October 2026 – January 2027
