Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc in Singapore is offering a temporary internship from January to May/June 2027. Qualifications

• University student pursuing an Engineering or Business degree.
• Mechanical Engineering or Business Development/Economics background.

• Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office.

Responsibilities

• Support sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia-Pacific and contribute to regional strategies.
• Assist new product launches and collaborate with Global Marketing on promotions, seminars, roadshows.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory impacts, especially cybersecurity, and propose next steps.
• Support sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation with regional subsidiaries and distributors.
• Prepare management reports on sales targets and achievements; support action plans from Marine team feedback.
• Provide event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, contribute to APAC growth and pricing strategies.

Role overview

You'll be responsible for supporting the sales effort of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific. This role involves supporting regional sales strategies implementation, identifying market opportunities, supporting product launches, and collaborating closely with marketing and regulatory teams to expand market presence.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting sales of Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia products to Marine & Offshore customers across Asia and Asia-Pacific, while implementing regional sales strategies and identifying market trends
• Assisting new product launches and collaborating with Global Marketing on promotion concepts, seminars, conferences, and roadshows to increase market penetration
• Monitoring and assessing market trends and regulatory impacts (especially cybersecurity) on marine ecosystem, recommending next steps and supporting related research programmes with regulators and institutes
• Supporting sales planning, forecasting, and data consolidation by coordinating with regional subsidiaries and distributors to ensure accurate and timely revenue and order data
• Preparing management reports on sales targets and achievements, driving action plans based on Marine team feedback
• Providing event support for maritime expos and marketing initiatives, and provides support to strategic initiatives like APAC growth plans and pricing strategies
