Job summary

  • Maintaining clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, and contributing to process improvements as needed.
  • Compiling various reports (e.g., sales reports, inventory reports).
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as required.

What you’ll be doing

Who we’re looking for


  • Polytechnic diploma or university students pursuing Engineering

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Motivated, organised, and detail-oriented

  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
