This internship focuses on improving processes and building knowledge management capabilities across the organization, collaborating with multiple departments to design dashboards and promote operational excellence. You will work with data, KPIs, and lean tools to identify inefficiencies, map workflows, and contribute to automation initiatives, while maintaining organized knowledge

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in operations management, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Lean principles and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Establish data source mapping for food catering operations.
• Collaborate with heads of departments to define KPIs.
• Design and implement an Operational Excellence dashboard across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities using process mapping.
• Support automation team in implementing automation-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply lean solutions.
• Create and maintain structured knowledge repositories.
