Job summary

CapitaLand invites a motivated Intern in Investment & Asset Management to join our team in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to financial modeling for acquisitions, divestments and asset enhancement initiatives, and learn how investment narratives support decision-making.

You will assist the investment team through due diligence, KYC and reporting, research market trends, monitor asset performance, and develop clear, data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations and emails.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for real estate financial modeling and PowerPoint for narratives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, divestments, and asset enhancement.
• Develop investment narratives and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Support end-to-end transaction lifecycle including due diligence and KYC.
• Research global real estate market trends, property values and competitor landscapes.
