Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking an Intern in Customer Relations to support analytics, reporting and engagement initiatives across regional stakeholders in Singapore. You will assist with staff recognition programs, performance metrics, and guest feedback processes while collaborating with HR partners and cross-functional teams.

The role involves handling feedback across platforms, supporting ECMS and survey tools, and using basic design/content tools for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Strong interest in customer experience, service culture, and employee engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer feedback analytics and reporting for regional stakeholders and meetings.
• Assist in administering global staff recognition programmes in collaboration with HR partners across regions.
• Contribute to planning, development, and execution of internal engagement campaigns to strengthen service culture and employee experience.
• Review and update guest feedback handling standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Manage and respond to customer feedback across platforms, including mailbox, ECMS, and social media channels.
• Provide user and administrative support for systems such as ECMS and survey tools.
• Leverage Gen AI tools to enhance reporting, content creation, campaign ideation, and efficiency.
• Support ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.
