Job summary

CapitaLand invites aspiring finance and analytics talents to join the Finance Transformation, AI & Analytics team in Singapore as an intern. You will convert finance policies into AI-enabled e-learning content, and help design Power BI dashboards for management reporting.

You will work with finance, operations and technology teams on transformation initiatives, applying AI tools to automate processes and build interactive modules.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Python, SQL, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or other AI tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Convert Finance Policies & Procedures into AI-enabled e-learning modules and digital learning content.
• Utilise AI tools to summarise policies, create learning materials, quizzes and assessments.
• Convert training videos into reusable digital content and interactive modules.
• Assist in designing and developing Power BI dashboards for Finance and Management reporting.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation and analysis for dashboards and reporting.
• Explore opportunities to automate finance processes using AI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and other digital tools.
• Support development of AI agents and proofs-of-concept to boost productivity.
