Job summary

CapitaLand invites a diligent student to join our investment management team in Singapore as an internship focused on financial modeling and market research. You will build and maintain models for acquisitions, divestments, and asset enhancement while learning from senior colleagues.

You will develop investment narratives, assist in due diligence, KYC, and memoranda, and analyze global real estate trends, property values, and competitor landscapes.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, Finance, or any other related disciplines.
• Ability to analyse data and financial reports to inform investment decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and succinct emails.
• Meticulousness in reviewing documents and data to ensure accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. Excel for real estate financial modeling; PowerPoint in crafting compelling and succinct narratives for investments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
