Job summary

CapitaLand is seeking a proactive HR Operations/HR Life Cycle Support candidate for its Singapore team. You will assist the HR Business Partnering group in daily operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle management, ensuring accurate headcount reporting and data-driven HR activities.

You will analyse HR data, prepare presentation decks, and support recruitment and HRIS transactions. The role suits a self-starter pursuing a degree in HR or related fields with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and employee lifecycle.

Job Description

You will be supporting the HR Business Partnering team in daily HR operations and the end-to-end employee life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage headcount report and organisation charts

• Analyse HR data and prepare related presentation decks and reports for HR activities, including annual budgeting exercise

• Extract and prepare data for annual HR activities, including employee engagement surveys

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening job applicants and sharing shortlisted profiles with hiring managers

• Work closely with HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems to handle HR transactions

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department

• Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned by the team

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource or any other related disciplines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis

• Detail-oriented and meticulous
