Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is offering an internship to support investor relations activities, including preparing slides and factsheets, annual and sustainability reports, and AGM logistics.

We are seeking a student pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines, who is proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and who can multitask with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance or related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support investor relations events such as conferences and AGM
• Assist in the preparation of investor relations communications materials such as slides and factsheets
• Assist in the preparation of annual reports and sustainability reports
• Assist in the preparation of submission materials for sustainability related assessments
• Participate in the logistics planning for the AGM
• Assist in maintaining and updating the investor relations database, including contact lists and information for investors and analysts
• Assist in the quarterly reporting and tracking of peer information
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
