CapitaLand is seeking an Intern in Investment & Asset Management (Lodging Funds) in Singapore. You will conduct market research, support financial modeling, and assist in due diligence, dashboards, and portfolio monitoring.

The role targets candidates pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Economics, or Finance with proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. This internship provides hands-on exposure to lodging fund investments and portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related disciplines.
• Proficient in Power BI to create dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Skills in using Macro will be advantageous.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a right attitude to learn new things.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous with the ability to identify the big picture.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities.
