CapitaLand is offering a Finance Transformation internship in Singapore. You will support financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring as part of the Finance Business Partner team.

You will contribute to automation efforts, standardisation, and project documentation while collaborating with Finance, IT, Operations, and external consultants. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a Finance/Accounting degree with a keen interest in FP&A and transformation.

Competenze

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Interest in Finance Business Partnering and transformation.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or automation knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Business Partner in financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, variance analysis
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, digitalisation and standardisation projects.
• Prepare project documentation, user guides, training materials and meeting minutes for transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Operations and external consultants on project deliverables.
• Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc assignments and special projects

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in Finance Business Partnering, Financial Analysis and Finance Transformation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude for working with data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, curious and eager to learn new systems, technologies and business processes.
• Knowledge of finance systems such as Oracle or other ERP platforms would be an added advantage.
