CapitaLand is offering a Finance Transformation internship in Singapore. You will support financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring as part of the Finance Business Partner team.

You will contribute to automation efforts, standardisation, and project documentation while collaborating with Finance, IT, Operations, and external consultants. This role is ideal for someone pursuing a Finance/Accounting degree with a keen interest in FP&A and transformation.

Formación

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Interest in Finance Business Partnering and transformation.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or automation knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Finance Business Partner in financial analysis, management reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in monthly management reports and variance analysis.
• Support finance transformation initiatives including automation and standardisation.
• Prepare project docs, user guides, training materials, and meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
