CapitaLand Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive trainee to assist in Revenue Management with program coordination, data validation, and dashboard maintenance. You will support initiatives like UpsellGuru, eLearning, and competitive evaluations, while aiding internal communications and onboarding processes.

You will work with SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel to maintain high-quality dashboards and data reports, collaborating with multiple stakeholders across clusters.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with dashboard experience.
• Commercially minded with good numeric sense and ability to analyze data.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, support onboarding, and assist with newsletters.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the design, preparation, and distribution of Revenue Bytes and internal communications/newsletters.
• Provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to the Revenue Management team, including ad hoc tasks and special projects.
• Assist with onboarding new colleagues, including system access setup, application access, and shared folder permissions.
• Support inventory data validation, monitor dashboard submissions, and consolidate reports for properties using non-official PMS platforms.
• Maintain SharePoint content and perform enhancement testing and validation for Power BI dashboards and BI models.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and track progress for key initiatives such as UpsellGuru, eLearning, Rate Parity Score monitoring, and STR competitor evaluations.

Communications & Newsletter Development

• Assist with the design, preparation, and distribution of Revenue Bytes and other internal communications/newsletters.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Business Management, Business IT, Data Analytics, or Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( especially Excel, PPT ) and experience in dashboards ( PowerBI ) preferred
• Commercially minded individual with a good sense of numbers, comfortable with analysing data and maintaining high-quality dashboards
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, support onboarding activities, follow up with clusters, and assist with internal communications and newsletters.
