Responsibilities

• Assist in processing accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support accounts payables (AP) activities, including verification of invoices.
• Support accounts receivables (AR) activities, including billing and collection activities.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in end-of-period closing activities, including vendor reconciliation.
• Support with fixed asset sighting and physical verification.
• Participate in new system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support preparation of go-live documentation.

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Finance / Accounting Intern to support day-to-day finance operations. This role provides hands‑on exposure to accounting processes, financial reporting, and system implementation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Accounting & Transaction Processing

• Assist in processing accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Support accounts payables (AP) activities, including verification of invoices
• Support accounts receivables (AR) activities, including billing and collection activities
• Perform vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies

Financial Reporting & Month-End Activities

• Assist in end‑of‑period closing activities, including vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies

Compliance & Record Management
