ST Telemedia Global Data Centres in Singapore is looking for a motivated Finance / Accounting Intern. This role provides hands-on exposure to various accounting processes, including transaction processing, financial reporting, and system implementation.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and be proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, and Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, along with good communication and teamwork abilities, are essential for success in this position.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in processing accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Support accounts payables (AP) activities, including verification of invoices.
• Support accounts receivables (AR) activities, including billing and collection activities.
• Perform vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Assist in end-of-period closing activities, including vendor reconciliation.
• Support with fixed asset sighting and physical verification.
• Participate in new system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support preparation of go-live documentation.
