Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Intern in Data Analytics for Talent Attraction in Singapore. The role focuses on supporting recruitment data analysis, onboarding processes, and data-driven HR initiatives.

You will clean and analyze recruitment and attrition data, maintain HR records and ATS, and help develop a consolidated talent metrics dashboard while collaborating with multiple HR teams.

Qualifications

• You are pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma in a relevant field such as HR, analytics, or information systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and Google Apps Script with data cleaning and dashboard building abilities.
• Comfort with Google Suite applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides) for data work and reporting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; team player with attention to detail.
