Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR records, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Collaborate with various HR teams on cross‑functional and strategic HR projects.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers hands‑on experience in talent acquisition – focusing on the early careers initiatives (IHL).
