Job summary

Neuberger is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Intermediary Distribution team in Singapore. You will provide end-to-end sales support from pipeline management to distributor onboarding, servicing and campaign execution across SEA, with exposure to investment, product, marketing, legal and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–7 years' relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management or financial services sales support / client service; associates considered with strong transferable skills.
• Working knowledge of mutual funds / UCITS structures, share classes, and multi-asset product sets across equities, fixed income, alternatives and private market solutions.
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asia intermediary landscape strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools an advantage.
• CMFAS Modules (as applicable for licensing), CFA or CAIA progress viewed favourably.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language capability is an advantage.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive self-starter comfortable managing multiple deadlines across time zones.
• Strong team orientation with the ability to work independently and build credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales Enablement and Client Coverage Support: handle inbound queries, source commentary with Product and PM teams, prepare pitch books and tailored materials.
• Client and Flow Analytics: maintain flow/AUM data, produce monthly dashboards, track targets and risk indicators.
• CRM and Governance: maintain CRM data, log meetings and opportunities, produce activity reports.
• Distributor Onboarding and Documentation: manage onboarding, KYC, distribution agreements, and compliance sign-off.
• Marketing, Events and Campaign Execution: localise collateral, organise events, and support product launches across SEA.
