Job summary

Neuberger Berman in Singapore seeks an Associate/Senior Associate for the Intermediary Distribution team. You will support the client lifecycle from pipeline management to distributor onboarding, with exposure to investment, product, marketing, legal and compliance stakeholders.

The role involves facilitating client inquiries, preparing materials, and maintaining distributor data and dashboards across SEA markets. Strong Excel/PowerPoint, CRM and BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• 3–7 years' relevant experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management or financial services sales support / client service.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools an advantage.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asia intermediary landscape strongly preferred.
• CMFAS Modules (as applicable for licensing), CFA or CAIA progress viewed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client and distributor queries on products, performance, share classes, fees and documentation.
• Coordinate with Product Specialists and Portfolio Management to source commentary and positioning updates.
• Prepare pitch books, product one-pagers, RFP/DDQ input and tailored follow-up materials.
• Prepare pre-meeting briefing packs and circulate meeting notes and actions.
• Maintain flow, AUM and sales-activity data; produce monthly dashboards for SEA team.
• Onboard new distribution partners, oversee KYC and legal/compliance sign‑off.
