Qualifications

• This role requires 6+ years of sales, distribution or business development experience within asset management.
• Established network across intermediary channels in Singapore and/or Malaysia.
• Proven ability to raise assets and develop long-term client relationships.
• Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution strategies to grow intermediary business across Southeast Asia.
• Strengthen relationships with private banks, retail banks, wealth managers and investment platforms.
• Identify and secure new distribution partnerships to expand market reach.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, investment presentations and business development activities.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activities and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to fundraising initiatives and support the expansion of regional assets under management.
