Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple residential and commercial interior design and renovation projects.
• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction, carpentry, and masonry works align with approved blueprints, layouts, and safety rules.
• Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors, carpenters, and material suppliers for timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Timeline & Budget Management: Establish project schedules (Gantt) and monitor budgets to minimize wastage and delays.
• Client Liaison: Be the main contact for clients during construction, provide progress updates, handle VO changes, and resolve on-site issues.
• Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise administrative, warehouse, and logistics workflows to ensure smooth business continuity.
• Material Sourcing & Procurement: Optimize procurement strategies for renovation materials to maintain premium quality at competitive rates.
• Workforce & Administrative Compliance: Schedule site teams, track attendance, and ensure MOM compliance for foreign workers.
• Process Optimization: Implement SOPs to boost team productivity and reduce overheads.
