Job summary

DESIGN CLINIQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator (Interior Design) to support the Interior Designer-in-Charge in overseeing renovation projects from site coordination to documentation control.

The role requires strong site management, disciplined paperwork, familiarity with Singapore renovation processes, and strict adherence to payment-based progression. Own transport is preferred due to frequent site visits.

Qualifications

• Professional/Diploma or equivalent in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore renovation processes and site practices.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and renovation works.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects without compromising paperwork or site control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee renovation works per payment milestones and percentages.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors ensuring drawings and timelines.
• Prepare and track work orders, quotations, invoices, variations and permits.
• Update drawings and maintain filing per SOP, avoiding discrepancies.
• Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings; assist with updates and filing.
• Ensure works comply with Singapore regulations and safety standards.
• Handle client queries professionally; reinforce payment/work scope controls.
• Demonstrate reliability, initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
