Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Coordinator in the East Region to oversee interior design and renovation projects on-site. You will liaise with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners to ensure design conformity and timely progress, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and communicates clearly, capable of coordinating multiple trades and managing day-to-day site activity with minimal supervision. Training will be provided where needed.

• Able to understand project documents and communicate with contractors, suppliers and homeowners.
• Interested in interior design and renovation.
• Responsible, reliable and able to complete tasks.
• Proactive and willing to take initiative.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No prior interior design or renovation experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, interior design drawings, specifications and the scope.
• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows the agreed design, drawings and schedule.
• Track progress and follow up on outstanding work, deliveries and rectifications.
• Identify site issues and report to the Interior Designer.
• Coordinate trades on-site to maintain smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site checks and update progress to the Interior Designer.
• Assist homeowners with enquiries about site progress and non-design matters.
• Coordinate defect rectification and outstanding work.
• Assist with handing over the project to the homeowner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 6 days (Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Incentive + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Review project contracts, interior design drawings, specifications, and the agreed renovation scope.
• Coordinate and monitor daily site activities with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure work follows the agreed design, drawings, and project schedule.
• Track project progress and follow up on outstanding work, pending deliveries, and rectification work.
• Identify site issues, delays, or discrepancies and report them to the Interior Designer.
• Coordinate the different trades on-site to maintain a smooth workflow.
