Job summary

FACILITATOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager with a background in interior design and/or construction management to oversee projects from start to finish. The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and coordination with clients, architects, and contractors.

The successful candidate will lead design, procurement, construction, and closeout activities, manage schedules and costs, and ensure quality and client satisfaction across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management in interior design or construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases from start to finish, delivering on time and within budget.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and project plans.
• Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and closeout activities.
• Monitor budgets and financial reporting, including forecasting.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Provide leadership to project team members and vendors.
