Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or construction management.
• Minimum 2 years of site/project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of construction sites, including scheduling and supervising subcontractors, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
