Tower Transit Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an Interchange supervisor to manage driver reporting and daily contact at the interchange. You will allocate duties, ensure timely departures, and maintain a safe, compliant interchange environment in line with company policies.

The role requires strong communication, administrative skills and the ability to liaise with CFMS Controllers and customers. Weekend shifts are part of the schedule, with focus on punctuality and safety.

Qualificações

• Shift work including weekends.
• Strong administrative and inter-personal skills.
• Good communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee driver reporting and daily driver contact at the interchange.
• Ensure on-the-day cover is in place and absences are fully covered.
• Record driver absences and report non-reporting staff to Staff Managers.
• Allocate duties, cards and vehicles to ensure timely departures and log delays.
• Ensure the interchange is a safe environment and meets LTA standards.
• Coordinate with CFMS Controllers to maintain effective services.
• Communicate with customers and handle enquiries and complaints.
• Liaise with police or other bodies as required.
• Maintain driver records, licences and qualification cards checks.
• Handover and coordinate across shifts; support uniform and staff passes collection.
