Tower Transit Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a CFMS Manager to oversee the safe, punctual, and cost-effective delivery of bus services by managing the flow of captains and vehicles along routes.

You will liaise with Bus Captains, Interchange Supervisors, Depot Supervisors and maintenance staff to resolve issues and restore service levels to a customer-centric standard. Responsibilities include monitoring punctuality, coordinating with supervisors, and ensuring first/last trip adherence, while

Qualifications

• Shift work and weekend duties.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of contract regimes.
• Good geographical knowledge of Singapore.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively over phone and two-way radio.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and control services to ensure punctuality and headways are maintained.
• Communicate with bus captains and Interchange Supervisors to deliver reliable, safe service.
• Maintain professional interactions with employees and external parties.
• Manage on-road issues affecting service delivery.
• Liaise with maintenance to ensure timely vehicle changes during breakdowns.
• Report punctuality concerns and assist in resolving service issues.
