Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage one of our bus interchange groups with a total staff strength of about 400 staff and Bus Captains to provide quality bus service.

• Implement policies and achieve key performance indicators including reliability, customer service, safety, security and maintenance of the interchanges.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years' of work experience, of which at least few years in operations and managing of large workforce

• Result-oriented and able to respond to daily operational contingencies effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Enjoy managing people and able to interact well with staff of all levels

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
