Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience programming in Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go.
• Experience from internships or multi-person coding projects.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and work with a mentor.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to execute complex technical projects.
• Provide meaningful feedback on code reviews and technical designs.
• Ensure systems your team operates continue running well and can scale to meet user needs.
• Build the skills to own a project and eventually an entire domain from inception to delivery.
• Learn quickly, communicate status clearly, and leverage AI tooling to improve outputs.
