Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to support planning and execution of integrated campaigns for retail promotions, digital marketing, events, partnerships and customer engagement to drive brand awareness, footfall and sales.

The role requires a diploma/degree in marketing or related fields, 1–2 years' experience, and familiarity with Meta, Google and TikTok ads; strong organization, content development and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing or similar role.
• Familiar with digital platforms including launching ad campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign planning and content development.
• Organised and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Figma, Capcut or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop marketing content, promotional materials and creative assets for campaigns and store activities.
• Coordinate advertising, social media, digital marketing, PR, events and partnerships.
• Assist in planning store events, roadshows, product launches and community activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, media partners and vendors for timely campaign execution.
• Coordinate marketing budgets, quotes and campaign schedules.
• Monitor customer inquiries across digital channels (social, email, messaging).
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support day-to-day marketing operations and other ad-hoc projects.
