Job summary

ADVERGREEN DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO or social media advertising platforms.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign reports and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns for clients across multiple online channels.

The role is suitable for someone who is analytical, creative and comfortable working with performance data, content, advertising platforms and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant digital channels.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, tracking and performance optimisation.
• Support Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) activities, including keyword research, content planning, on-page optimisation and performance monitoring.
• Assist with social media marketing strategies, content planning and campaign execution.
• Analyse campaign performance using advertising platforms, Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve campaign results.
• Conduct competitor, market and audience research to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with designers, content creators, sales and account servicing teams to deliver marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate multiple client projects and ensure campaigns are delivered according to agreed timelines.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide updates on marketing activities.
• Monitor marketing trends, platform updates and emerging digital technologies.
• Support the implementation of marketing automation, CRM and AI-powered marketing solutions where required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer acquisition strategies.
• Experience or knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media marketing or other digital advertising platforms.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign reports and performance metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and project-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new marketing technologies.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or conversion tracking.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation or WhatsApp marketing tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools used for marketing, content creation or campaign optimisation.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing multiple client accounts would be an advantage.
