PERTAPIS Education and Welfare Centre is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to oversee daily operations of multiple locations in Singapore. You will manage buildings, equipment, and systems, conduct safety inspections, coordinate repairs with vendors, and support budget monitoring.

Strong communication and quick response to inquiries are essential. The role requires at least 1 year in facilities, a relevant technical qualification, and a Class 3 driving license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O level or Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical, Facilities / Property Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant property / facilities experience.
• Class 3 driving license would be an advantage.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities, buildings, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections for maintenance needs, safety hazards, and improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and staff to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Respond promptly to facility-related inquiries from staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist in developing and managing facilities budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain records related to facility maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical/electrical services, plumbing, aircon and ACMV systems.
• Collaborate with the Head of Home (HOH) on related tasks.
