Job summary

TLab Consultancy in Singapore seeks a development-oriented financial advisory trainee. You can earn SGD 75,000–100,000 in year 1 (basic pay + incentives) and grow to SGD 90,000–120,000 in year two, with progression to Executive, Senior, Premier, and Management.

The role includes structured training toward four essential financial advisory certifications, leads provided through corporate campaigns (no referrals needed), and a sociable team culture with incentives trips.

Qualifications

• Recognized Degree or Local Polytechnic Diploma.
• People-oriented, self-driven, and willing to learn.
• No experience necessary.
• Open to candidates making a mid-career switch.

Responsibilities

• Update existing clients on new campaigns/products and review their portfolios regularly
