Leads are provided; you will not need to prospect independently.

Achieve monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of products to portfolio of clients

Deliver high standards of service and professional financial advice

Ensure that all sales activities are conducted with the highest standards and quality. Ensure compliance with both internal and external regulatory requirements

Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and maximizing revenue streams.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in insurance sales.
• Sales driven and willing to work hard for your income and goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, market trends, and best practices.

• Attractive Income, the package consists of base salary + fixed cash allowances (mobile and transport) + quarterly commission + yearend bonus.
