Job summary

TLab Consultancy in Singapore is seeking a sales-oriented consultant. The role welcomes candidates with or without prior experience and emphasizes interaction with clients, learning, and high rewards for strong performance.

You will engage with campaigns, develop client relationships, and participate in a structured training program. The company offers progression from Executive to Management and a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or local polytechnic diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on new campaigns/products and conduct portfolio reviews with existing clients.
• The harder you work, the higher the reward that you will be getting.
• Proactively develop and establish long-term relationships with clients and provide good after-sales service.
• Establish new relationships through marketing activities and referrals.
• Customer base will be provided to all consultants; no need to contact warm market.
• Able to work under pressure in a sales role with high rewards.

• Basic pay + Incentives: $75,000-$100,000 in 1st year, $90,000-$120,000 in 2nd year.
