Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Corporate Transformation Director/Lead to steer strategic initiatives across insurance operations, distribution, underwriting, claims, and customer experience. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into roadmaps and drive measurable outcomes in a dynamic, global environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, expertise in process re-engineering, digital enablement, and change management to foster agility and value delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of insurance business models and regulatory environments.
• Experience leading transformation across multiple functions (underwriting, claims, distribution, customer service).
• Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ROI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
