Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Technology and business teams, analyzing needs, shaping functional specs, and delivering IT solutions for the insurance domain.

You will support production systems, drive UAT, manage requirements, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives including AI and automation, with strong communication and SDLC adherence. Fluency in English and hands-on with SQL, Jira, Confluence preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business/IT or related discipline.
• Experience as a BA in technology development or support within insurance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, scope features, and document user stories.
• Support production, BAU enhancements and project deliveries.
• Perform impact analysis and validate functional specs with tech teams.
• Coordinate UAT, test plans, and sign-offs with business stakeholders.
• Identify risks and drive process improvements including AI/automation.
