Qualifications

Proficient in documentation and reporting.
Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, insurance processes and principles.
Hands on experience with SNOW, Jira, Confluence, and Insurance software.
AI skills (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Gather data, analyze business processes, and interpret data to support operations.
Monitor and respond to operations and alerts for rapid resolution.
Document and categorize with attention to detail and accuracy.
Analyze trends to address recurring issues proactively.
Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure requests are resolved on time.
Work with vendors to understand proposals and communicate to business.
Translate business needs into technical specifications.
Participate in meetings and contribute to project progress discussions.
Support user access management and ensure alignment with security policies.
Conduct periodic user access reviews for compliance.
Identify automation opportunities and develop proof-of-concept solutions.
Communicate automation initiatives and outcomes to stakeholders.
