Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in insurance IT/analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements and creating URS/Functional Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business/user requirements.
• Prepare URS and Functional Specifications.
• Perform process modelling, feasibility study and system impact analysis.
• Act as bridge between business users, solution teams and vendors.
• Configure/setup products and system processing based on business requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform system/integration testing and manage/monitor UAT.
• Investigate application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support system enhancements and application development initiatives.
• Plan and manage project/enhancement timelines; coordinate with vendors and solution teams for timely delivery.
• Support data extraction and analysis for issue investigation.
• Prepare issue analysis reports and recommend appropriate solutions.
