• Advise on surrender alternatives and address customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests smoothly.
• Escalate unusual cases and complex enquiries when needed.
• Provide general customer service and administrative support.
