Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an Operations Admin Analyst (Distribution Support) in Singapore to validate third-party coding and policy assignments across distribution channels. The role requires coordinating channel administration, adviser registers, and timely report delivery.

The candidate should have a bachelor's degree with 2+ years in insurance, strong MS Office skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, VBA a plus), and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas), Word, and PowerPoint; VBA proficiency is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate third-party coding and policy assignments for all distribution channels.
• Conduct channel administration, including validation, appointment exercises, and maintaining adviser registers with 3rd party licenses.
• Manage policy coding, cessations, assignments, and ensure timely, accurate report delivery; review workflows and update SOPs as needed.
• Handle inquiries professionally and promptly, and assist in streamlining processes.
• Oversee Annual Fit & Proper Exercise, collate results, report breaches, and update SOPs accordingly.
• Support other administrative tasks such as monthly checks on adviser submissions, reactivation exercises, and managing adviser benefits; participate in projects and UAT as required.
