Job summary

MSIG Singapore is seeking a dedicated Insurance Administrator to manage policy documentation for new business, endorsements, renewals and related tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role includes participating in company-level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve operations and expand the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in general insurance, strong communication skills, and be meticulous and well-organised to support department operations and credit control

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and organised.

Responsibilities

• To manage all aspect of policy documentation such as new business, endorsements, renewals and etc
• To participate at company level committees for ad-hoc projects to improve and expand Company's operations/ business.
• Manage and implement proper credit control procedures and bad debt recovery with or without involvement of Credit Controller.
• To review and improve the Department's operation/ business.
• To undertake any other duties as may be assigned.
