is seeking an experienced underwriter to assess life and health insurance applications, applying underwriting guidelines and risk management frameworks to guide decision making. You will manage end-to-end processing of new business applications, provide underwriting guidance to Financial Consultants and sales representatives, deliver face-to-face advisory support on underwriting matters, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve case queries and

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of underwriting/insurance experience.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assess medical and financial risks for life and health insurance applications.
• Evaluate and approve underwriting cases within delegated authority limits.
• Review and analyze complex cases involving multiple medical conditions and risk factors.
• Manage end-to-end processing of new business applications and customer requests.
• Provide underwriting guidance to Financial Consultants and sales representatives.
• Deliver face-to-face advisory support to sales teams on underwriting matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve case queries and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.
