Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis and/or consulting.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills.
• Experience in techno-functional assessments across insurance functions; life and group insurance preferred.
• Ability to bridge technology and business requirements.
• Familiar with change management and project management fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers or Solution Delivery Managers on projects to draft requirements from business departments.
• Understand operations to propose efficient solutions.
• Run gap analyses and workshops with stakeholders to optimize digital processes.
• Conceptualise and design user-friendly interfaces/flows.
• Prepare detailed specifications and design documents for business sign-off.
• Ensure specifications comply with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors and IT teams to manage scope and timelines.
