In this regional role, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders across multiple markets to shape IT strategy, drive business process transformation, strengthen technology governance, and support enterprise-wide digital initiatives. Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT strategy, IT planning, business analysis, business process re-engineering (BPR), digital transformation, or related functions, within an IT department or technology function.


• Prior experience within the insurance industry is essential, with a good understanding of insurance business processes and technology landscape.


• Proven track record of planning and leading business transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled initiatives across multiple departments, preferably within a regional or multi-country environment.


• Strong experience in business process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify process gaps, drive re-engineering initiatives, and implement practical solutions.


• Hands-on experience in system development projects, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, implementation, and vendor management.


• Experience engaging senior business and IT stakeholders and translating business objectives into strategic initiatives.


• Support core system modernisation initiatives, applying IT knowledge and technical expertise to drive system improvements and transformation.


• Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or other digital technologies applied to business transformation will be an advantage.


• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced regional environment.


• Willingness to travel when required.
