Responsibilities include managing inquiries, providing timely responses, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues while meeting service standards. Prior insurance exposure and strong written communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer service, email correspondence, contact centre or operations is preferred.
• Experience within insurance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and intermediary enquiries primarily through email correspondence, with letters and outbound calls handled where required.
• Provide timely and accurate responses on insurance related enquiries while working towards first contact resolution and established service standards.
• Process routine customer requests independently using approved procedures, product information and communication templates.
• Assess incoming cases and coordinate with relevant internal teams when enquiries require additional investigation or specialised support.
• Maintain complete and accurate case records, correspondence, follow ups and audit trails within Salesforce.
• Support the resolution of customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions within established guidelines while meeting required turnaround times and service levels.
