Job summary

ARF (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. is expanding and seeks Highly Motivated and Self-Reliant individuals to join our Customer Service team across divisions. You will respond to client inquiries, obtain quotes, and assist with policy amendments while maintaining service quality.

We value a positive attitude, clear communication in English (Mandarin preferred), and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and medical benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• GCE O level or CGI qualification or higher.
• Experience in client servicing and coordination, especially with motor or commercial risk insurance, is advantageous.
• Experience in general insurance or motor trade is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to client inquiries and provide quotations that fit client preferences.
• Liaise with insurers for quotations, inquiries, and policy amendments.
• Follow up renewals and inform insurers to ensure smooth renewal servicing.
