Aufgaben

• Handle inbound calls from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, coverage, premiums, and general enquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely information while delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Assist customers with policy servicing requests, updates, and administrative matters.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases where necessary.
• Perform follow-up calls and outbound calls when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the system.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer enquiries and service issues.
• Meet established service standards, call quality, and productivity targets.
